This is exactly the same thing Hahn did last time. He can't fight on issues. He refuses to even acknowledge that his administration is under a lot of investigations. What does he do? Line up the personal attacks against Villaragosa. Hahn won less than 25% of a primary that had an extremely low turn out. Villaragosa won 34%. You would think a sitting Mayor could pull in higher numbers.
