The article said, "Breaking with tradition under which US presidents mute criticisms of their successors..." I didn't realize it was a "tradition". But when I think about it, I suppose it's been true. I thought Bill Clinton was trying to time it just right for the benefit of the Democratic party, maybe closer to election time. You know, criticize too early and people forget. But if you criticize too late, they'll say "Why didn't you say anything just after it happened?" At any rate, I'm GLAD he spoke up!!!
yup, it was past time. of course, righties are going to say that he did the wrong thing, past repubs haven't said anything. which is utter crap. clinton's blowjob does not equal criminal negligence. bush does.
Even when it happened, a blowjob was laughable. Compared to what's happened in the past 5 years, it pisses me off that so much was made of it at the time, and very little is said of today's atrocities.
but but but, the media's liberal! /sarcasmi know, what you mean. listening to operpriveleged old white guys complain about something that doesn't exist makes me so angry.
