Democrats Cite Gaps in DHS Record
DHS is going to be in full cya mode pretty soon. The department is a mess. And it's used as a way to keep the American populace frightened and compliant. But, as with everything else Tipsy McSwagger touches, it's poorly set up, badly mismanaged, and doesn't meet it's goals.
