Judge Rules Against Pa. Biology Curriculum
The judge didn't rule against the actual Biology curriculum. He ruled against teaching creationism in the Biology class. Nice bit of creative editing on the AP's part.
Did I mention I got a phone call to take a survey as to my beliefs about whether "intelligent design" should be taught in schools?
I'm pretty sure the person asking the questions could guess my feelings on the subject from my tone.
