Drug addiction is a serious thing. But so is doctor shopping to get more and more illegal drugs.

I believe you could say he was "hoisted by his own petard" yet all he got was a stiff fine. I think they should have held him to his own words and sent him up. 2000 pills in most states would get you possesion with intent to distribute charges.
Looks like Shayera is out for the week end so I'll throw a new topic at you. Looks like another Bush cronie is headed to court. The former head of the FDA is being brought up on charges of securities violations and lying to congress. Looked up his bio to find that his degree was in veterinary medicine. It figures... Bush hires a horse doctor to run the FDA.
Sorry!I've been having sciatica issues this week and have literally been forced to spend the week typing standing up. Which is why things have seemed so schizophrenic here. But I am going to post about the FDA chappie!
