my last couple days

So life is relatively back to normal for me for the time being.
The computers and modems around me seem to be functioning properly. At work it was a server situation. And at home it does seem to have been the modem. Which I replaced and scanned my system.

And now on to my car!
Remember a couple weeks ago I had taken my car in to be smogged? Well, in the process of the exam, the mechanic told me that my gas cap wasn't maintaining pressure. All I'd have to do would be to replace the cap and it would all be fine. So $8.00 later I was done.
Last weekend I was driving around with a friend of mine and the "service engine soon" light came on.
So Monday morning, I called the dealer and set up an appointment to get it looked at.
Friday I take the car in. The guy pull up my files and said that I should get the car serviced as long as I was there. And since I'm planning two drives to Las Vegas in the next couple months, I agreed.
So they hook up my car to the computer to diagnose what had caused the light to come on.
Guess what had caused it.
Go on.
Yup, the gas cap was leaking air! And so I replaced it with a genuine Nissan gas cap. $17.00.
And I paid $3.19/gallon to fill my car today!
