S.F. unveils universal health care plan

Let's see, first he legalized gay marriage in San Francisco. And now universal health care.
Yeah, I love him.

Sounds like a great plan! I can't wait to see how it works out, if there's any unexpected problems that will arise.
It might be a model plan for the entire country.
It makes you sick when you see a plan like this, then see how much we wasted in Iraq.

There's only one thing I'd fear about national health care for everyone:
healthy people each taking 12 prescriptions for the rest of their lives because advertising convinced them that they needed them.
And now they can afford it.

It can be done. And it should have been done a long time ago. I agree with you about the brainwashing effect of those drug ads. Watch them long enough and you'll be convinced you've got everything under the sun.
