It's true that some, not all, librarians have a rather pedestrian taste in clothing. But you seem to forget that 100% of us do talk to the public every single day.
And frankly, your dismissive attitude does nothing to make me want to give your book to a single patron of mine.
Most of the time I really don't care about the personality of the authors whose books I recommend. Most of the time.
