Court: Detainees can't challenge cases

Okay. Let me see if I've got this right. These people are being held, some without any charges being filed against them. But they've got no rights. Even though no one has proved anything. They're thrown into jail and denied their rights.
And this is acceptable to the U.S. Judicial system.
