I'll third that. We had something like 26 inches the winter before I left there. Up here we get a lot of rain, but at least you don't have to shovel it :)
I didn't know you'd lived there as well! I honestly don't think that picture was taken towards the end of Winter. Not enough snow. Our mailbox used to get completely covered. I'm saving up the ice storm ones for a "special occasion." ;-)

Seriously. The snow in that picture absolutely is a huge part of the reason I could never live there again.
