in other news, john bolton was seen scratching out the word 'diplomacy' in the OED with his enormous milk moustache. when questioned about it, he flew into a rage and chased our reporter around the room while invoking chtulhu.
i can't remember what the exact article was, but i read an article about the walrus of diplomacy this weekend in which he was, as usual, being less than diplomatic. or intelligent.
