Judge: No 10-year sentence for teen sex
17 year old has sex with 15 year old. Happens every day in high school. But in this case, the man gets sent to jail for 10 years!
Kudos to the judge for a bit of sense. Genarlow Wilson's life is essentially ruined. He was an honor student. And by all reports, the sex was consensual. Not coerced.
