She's as crazy delusional as Bush is!

Rice: History will rate Bush well

If by "better than Stalin" is your standard, then, sure Bush will be rated well. But there's no way the "start a war based on lies" foreign policy will be rated well in the future.
Rice is as nuts as Bush.
