Bush disagrees with court's Guantanamo ruling

Because, you know, treating human beings that you've kept locked up and tortured for the last 6 years like actual human beings is a hard one for Bush.
Notice, according to Bush, the court's "deeply divided." I'm pretty sure that's the same numbers that handed him the White House. What did he say then? I'm betting you the court wasn't "deeply divided" in his opinion then.
