...HOT TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY...

HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTING SLOWLY EAST WILL BRING ANOTHER ROUND OF ABOVE-NORMAL AND HOT TEMPERATURES TO THE AREA ON SUNDAY. IN GENERAL...HIGH TEMPERATURES ON SUNDAY WILL BE ABOUT 3 TO 5 DEGREES COOLER ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON RELATIVE TO SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE SEA BREEZE SHOULD RETURN EARLIER TO THE COASTAL AND VALLEY LOCATIONS...BUT THE TEMPERATURES IN THE HIGHER VALLEYS AND FOOTHILLS WILL REMAIN WELL ABOVE NORMAL.

ALTHOUGH TEMPERATURES WILL COOL SOME ON SUNDAY...PERSONS ARE URGED TO NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN OR ANIMALS IN PARKED VEHICLES EVEN
WITH THE WINDOWS CRACKED...DEATH WILL LIKELY RESULT. CONTINUE TO DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS
...STAY OUT OF THE SUNSHINE...AND CHECK UP ON RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS.

A COOLING TREND IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA AS INCREASING ONSHORE FLOW CONTINUE TO BRING A COOLER MARINE AIRMASS ONSHORE THROUGH MIDWEEK.
(The bolds are mine)

Seriously people. That's the severe weather warning for my area. It's been about 110 for the past 4 days. I was hoping it would cool tomorrow. I was off yesterday (Friday). After watching the hearings on the Hill, I went to the gym to swim. Mistake! Yes, the swimming was lovely. But the interior of my house was unbearable when I got in. Seriously. Every single thing was radiating heat. I went to get a glass of water in the middle of the night and that simple act made me break out into a drenching sweat. It's crazy, I tell you.

You wouldn't mind sending some of that heat our way up here. It's been in the 50's and low 60's for months now. It actually snowed in the mountains here the first part of June. I was hoping to plant some veggies on my back deck, but with no sun and cold temps that's out this year. Maybe we could trade weather for a day or two.
And don't forget there is no global warming according to the rethugs... yeah right.

Weather is so fickle. The Hamptons were right no though. Loved it.

D, you're welcome to all of it! Another friend of mine up your way(ish) was telling me about the snow. Freaky. It's "down" to 92 right now (9pm Sunday night). Oddly, it's actually not to bad in the house.

AG, well, good! ;-)
