Hagel says he'd consider VP offer from Obama

Dear Senator Hagel,
Thanks, but no. Oh sure, there are a few things you can be counted on for. But you can't be counted on to protect a woman's right to freedom of choice. And you lose me there. You've been a good decent man. And you don't support the war. But you are a Republican through and through. So thank you, but maybe you can stay in the Senate and be a voice of reason. God knows your side needs a lot more of those.
