Noun verb 9/11! And come on, let's be honest, there's not one shred of evidence, based on her history that Palin would be at all capable of dealing with any sort of major (or even minor) emergency.
As much as I respect Giuliani, I think he's way off here. Unfortunately, in an emergency, she may end up acting like FEMA's Michael Brown. If you don't have the experience, you just don't -- you can't exaggerate your resume and "wish" it so. And, given recent history, we can't afford more ineptitude.
