Nike fudges, recognizes fastest marathon runner as "a" winner
Arien O'Connell won the race straight out. Not one of the "elite" runners who started 20 minutes before she did beat her. In fact, she beat them by about 11 minutes.
So she's THE winner of the race. Not A winner. The winner.
Nike's behavior in this is absolutely disgusting.
