Prospects dim for $14 billion auto industry rescue

I know that really doesn't need to be said. We've seen that in action, oh, pretty much my entire life. And more. But this is simply horrendous. McConnell's out of his mind if he thinks that the county can afford to let the automakers sink.
There are so many industries that depend upon the automakers that would go under as well. But McConnell's apparently too stupid to think of that.
