BREAKING: Proposition 8 ruled unconstitutional by 9th Circuit panel
Can I just first say: "hahahahahahahahahahaha! You lose yet again, NOM!"
The 9th Circuit panel's ruling can be found at the above link. Basically, if I can boil it down to it's very basic: discrimintation isn't legal.
I know the ruling will be appealed. 'Cause NOM just doesn't know when to quit. And the case is going to the Supreme Court. So fingers crossed.
But for today, hate has lost again.
