But the Indian government doesn't own a stake in them. The only ingredient that I know of that may be harmeful (aside fron the 9 tsps of sugar) would be phosphoric acid that's used in small amounts to keep the fizz. And remember back in the 50's when these drinks first started taking off they came in 8 oz bottles. Now they are 20 and 24 oz.<BR/>My sister gave me an excellent receipe for ginger ale and root beer.
