Lt. Gen. Honore a 'John Wayne dude'
In the past few years I've lost a lot of respect for CNN. I still don't have much respect for the network.
But check out these two articles at Cnn.com. The first one is quite devastating to the administration.
The second is an article about Lt. Gen. Russel Honore, who is in charge of the National Guard in New Orleans at this time. This is the kind of man who needs to be in charge at this time. Everything I've heard about his response to this awful tragedy has been encouraging. He's actually bringing aid to those who need it.
*update* I'm taking back most of the respect re-earned. The anchors seem to have redrunk the Repub kool-aid.
