Diebold Inc. sued over California voting systems
California's Republican Secretary of State decides he gets to certify Diebold's voting machines all by himself. Too bad for him that he doesn't get to make that decision. Also too bad for him that just the month previously the very same machines had been rejected for use here in California.

Like I've said many times before, vote by paper ballot and demand a hand recount if necessary. That's what it took up here in Wa. and the renobs are still whining.
I'm with you on that!
My polling station uses hand ballots and ink stamps.
There is no reason at all paper ballots can't be used.
