US Marine accused in Haditha case to sue Murtha
Accused of murdering 24 people. Trying to shift the focus. Now, I'm sorry if the guy has mental issues. But if it's proven that he's responsible for murdering civilians, he's responsible. And John Murtha's comments mean absolutely nothing.

The thing that's really sickening is that these idiots took video tapes right after. If they don't get the death penalty they can look forward to a military prison for life. No cable or internet there from what I understand.
