Coke pulled out of India back in the 1970s instead of disclosing it's formula. What makes the Indian court think they'll just tell it now?

I'm sure the ingredients they use to make Coke are local so they'd better start checking the water quality in the area for pestisides. The only ingredient that I know of that may be harmeful (aside fron the 9 tsps of sugar) would be phosphoric acid that's used in small amounts to keep the fizz. And remember back in the 50's when these drinks first started taking off they came in 8 oz bottles. Now they are 20 and 24 oz. My sister gave me an excellent receipe for ginger ale and root beer. I'll post those sometime if I can find them. Very cheap and all natural.
I don't really know if Coke and Pepsi in India is really any worse than any of the Indian soft drinks. But the Indian government doesn't own a stake in them. Which is part of the government's issue. We'll see.
