Guantanamo may be final home for many detainees
The US government is now trying to say that some of the men that they've got in Guantanamo could be there for the rest of their natural lives. They haven't been charged with any crimes. They have no representation. They've not been allowed to confront their accusers. And lets's not forget that they have had their freedom taken awat from them.
I'm firmly of the belief that you have the right to jail actual terrorists. But prove that someone has actually done something wrong before you imprison them for the rest of their lives.
