We'll see if in the future the next time Apple launches the latest greatest widget if people line up to buy it on opening day or if they wait. Jobs may have just shot his business model in the foot.
That's kind of what I think as well. He's going around saying "well, that's what happens with technology." But that's bullshit. You don't pull stuff like that on your fans.
