Interesting developments.

Blackwater license being revoked in Iraq

Anyone who saw Robert Greenwald's "Iraq for Sale" knows that Blackwater is really quite firmly entrenched in Iraq. And they're making A LOT of money. It's going to be interesting to watch how this plays out.

The only problem is these guys have no signed agreements with Iraq and don't operate under U.S. law, military law, or any other law that I know of. According to Air America one of these guys got drunk and killed a body guard of an Iraq VP over the New Years hoilday and was merely flown out of the country. They're still investigating the matter!

Intresting, indeed. Seems to me the Iraqi government has started acting like a government, which has been one of the goal of the boy king. Lets see how long it takes the neocons to start complaining that the the Iraqi government is being arrogant and acting too independent from their overloads

Bush pushed through a law that immunizes the contractors from any reprisals from their actions. The Iraqi Govt. is going to have to figure out how to get around that.
