someone needs to look up the meaning of "confidential"

Electronic Arts says it's holding confidential talks with Take-Two

I don't really have anything to say about the story. Because I play far fewer games than I used to.
But really, if you're having "confidential" talks, shouldn't they be, you know, confidential?
