I am a delicate flower

Or: the phlebotomist was a vampire. I had a physical yesterday, which required fasting for blood work. This is the result of the phlebotomist's work. And I got a tetanus shot and a flu shot as well. My arms still hurt!

Wow I get stabbed on a regular basis but haven't looked that bad. I guess I've got a good mosquito.

Oh we have to do a baseline and exit blood draw for lead exposures. Fun fun

Wow. That's a lot of sticking for you! I should take my sad whine back.
I detest getting stuck ever. And I bruise easily, so this is the result. And yeah, the mosquito wasn't that great.
He put the tourniquet on, told me to make a fist and then went on about how he couldn't find anything. I, on the other hand, could see three likely places for him to stick me.

I guess I'm lucky I've got veins that stick out like the alaska pipeline. It used to bother me at first now it's nothing.
