FEMA's Brown Was Warned Early of Shortages
One day after testifying before Republicans in Congress that nothing that happened during the hurricane response was his fault, comes an internal review from FEMA saying that Brown had been warned weeks before that FEMA was unable to respond to disasters.
Dude, what did you do to those guys that they won't even cover your ass one day?
